Research Partnership to Expand the Jerusalem Knowledge Archive
Collaboration with libraries and heritage centers to exchange non-exclusive materials and enrich the landmarks guide and references.
The Academy signed memoranda of cooperation with library and heritage bodies to exchange non-exclusive knowledge materials: reference lists, licensed educational images, and introductory entries both sides can develop. The aim is not to monopolize content, but to widen the circle of Arabic access to it.
Limits of cooperation
Documents preserved under rights that restrict public availability are not published without permission. The source body is named in transfer, and wording is reviewed so shared material does not become repetition without value.
- Indexing references on Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque.
- Reviewing landmark entries.
- Making visual materials available for education—not ornament alone.
Closing
Knowledge partnership is measured by the clarity that reaches the reader—not by the number of press releases. The effect of this cooperation will appear gradually in the landmarks guide and the documents section.
