Call for Writers and Researchers to Contribute to the Thought Section
An open call for serious intellectual contributions on Jerusalem and Jerusalem knowledge, under editorial standards.
The Academy invites researchers and writers to submit short articles to the Thought section: texts that add an angle, a method, or a question—not a rewriting of what is already common without addition.
Initial criteria
- Clear Arabic without affectation.
- Distinguish opinion from information.
- Cite the source when quoting.
- Avoid exaggeration and historical reduction.
Proposals are sent via the contact form, with a note on the writer and a summary of the text. Receipt does not mean automatic acceptance; editorial review is a condition of publication.
Closing
Thought is a quieter space than news, closer to methodical reflection. We welcome texts that respect the city’s complexity.
